At myGemma, we want you to love your luxury purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund or exchange on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your myGemma account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully pack your item in its original presentation box and shipping carton, ensuring all certificates, manuals, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid, fully insured shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized courier location and keep your receipt; once received, our experts will inspect the item and process your refund within 5 business days.
